WorkRadar Terms of Service
Effective Date: Date of initial payment submission
1. Service Description
WorkRadar is a subscription-based data management and CRM-style platform that displays property-related intelligence, activity tracking tools, and workflow features designed to assist users in organizing outreach and prospecting efforts.
WorkRadar is not a lead generation company and does not provide guaranteed leads, sales, appointments, conversions, or business outcomes. The platform is an informational and organizational tool only.
2. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Billing begins immediately upon payment and recurs according to the selected billing plan unless canceled.
Users may cancel at any time by submitting a request to support@realtorrecon.com.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at WorkRadar’s sole discretion.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
- If a user is under a separate written contract, they are responsible for reviewing those terms or contacting support.
3. No Guarantees / No Exclusivity
WorkRadar makes no guarantees regarding data accuracy, lead quality, opportunity volume, revenue, or business outcomes.
No exclusivity is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate written contract signed by both parties.
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
WorkRadar relies on third-party data sources, public records, automation, and internal processing. Data may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly categorized.
Users are solely responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.
5. Platform Availability & Downtime
WorkRadar may experience temporary outages due to software updates, maintenance, infrastructure changes, third-party failures, power disruptions, or acts of God.
Platform availability is not guaranteed, and downtime does not qualify for refunds or credits.
6. Data Retention & Cleanup
WorkRadar does not guarantee permanent data retention. Listings and records 30 days or older may be removed as part of routine cleanup.
Users are responsible for exporting or backing up any data they wish to retain.
7. Usage Restrictions
- Reselling or redistributing platform data
- Scraping or extracting data at scale
- Sharing login credentials
- Using the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes
Use is limited to internal business operations only.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
WorkRadar may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms, misuse of data, abusive behavior, or interference with platform operations.
9. Platform Changes
WorkRadar may modify features, data sources, pricing, dashboards, or availability at any time without notice.
10. Third-Party Dependencies
WorkRadar relies on external services and data providers. Issues originating from third parties do not qualify for refunds or credits.
11. Limitation of Liability
WorkRadar’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid during the most recent billing cycle.
WorkRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Citrus County, Florida is the exclusive venue for any dispute.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.
14. Electronic Acceptance
By using WorkRadar and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms pursuant to the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
